This material can be used with conventional woodworking tools. Always install the moulding in a relaxed position and use construction or panel adhesive continuously on the backside, along with nails, to secure the moulding in place until the adhesive bonds. Remember not to use staples to fasten the material, keep nails to a minimum (no closer than 6 inches between nails), and do not nail closer than 3/8 inch from the edge of the moulding.

Flex Trim is stable and will not absorb moisture, making it ideal for humid environments. It is not affected by heat or cold and can withstand extreme conditions. ALWAYS lay out the material to let it relax back into its original shape and double-check the moulding style and application. NEVER pre-finish the material prior to installation, as it may flex during installation and cause fractures in the finish.

ALWAYS ensure that the surface you are applying the material to is flat and smooth, as flexible moulding will follow any irregularities in the surface. NEVER use staples or nails with large heads and keep nails to a minimum, away from edges, to avoid "bumps" at the edge. ALWAYS use construction adhesive in conjunction with (or in lieu of) nails or screws for a quick, easy application and a cleaner finished look.

MADE IN THE USA, the flexible polyurethane resin is only recommended for painting applications and will bend/flex to fit a minimum radius of 6 inches. It is not made for sharp rounded drywall bull-nose type corners and can be used for both interior and exterior purposes, as it will not warp, rot, or crack when exposed to high moisture. It can be installed with normal woodworking tools and comes in a light tan color. It is also advised to let the material warm up prior to installation, as warmer material equals a more flexible material.
